We built them to solve real problems in hospitality operations and we want them to be accessible to everyone in the industry.

By default, everything you enter is saved locally in your browser using localStorage — nothing is sent to our servers. If you create a free account, you can save named sessions (rotas, menus) to your account, which are stored on our servers and accessible from any device. We don't sell or share your data. Yes. You define your staff, their roles and availability, your shift templates, and your daily requirements — then hit Solve. The tool uses a constraint-based algorithm to assign shifts and generate a full week's rota. You can lock specific assignments before solving if you need certain people in certain shifts.

In the UK, tips distributed through a formal tronc scheme are treated differently for income tax and National Insurance purposes. The Tip Calculator labels outputs accordingly so your payroll team or accountant can see at a glance how the distribution was structured. Always confirm with a payroll professional for your specific situation.

If you were using the tools without an account, we have no copy — data was only in your browser's localStorage. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices, it's gone. If you have a free account and had saved sessions, log back in at /account — your named saves are stored server-side and will still be there. We recommend saving important rotas and menus to your account for exactly this reason. Note: unverified accounts that were never confirmed by email are automatically removed after 30 days.
